Notes About Renting

You are required to sign our jotform before renting dresses or accessories or both! PLEASE read all below to understand all of the rules and requirements of renting any dresses or accessories!
• A Photo of your Drivers License or Photo ID is required before renting (new customers and shipped items)! This prevents fraud and will be used legally if any dress or accessories is not returned
• We will check Facebook Profiles and Name in Buyers Beware before renting anything out to you!
• 1/2(Half) of the Rental is Fee is due before we can hold your date. Full Rental Fee is due before Shipping!
• Deposits are non-refundable!
• Your date will NOT be secure until the deposit is made!
• You may be asked to ship to another renter if needed!
• If you are unable to ship back to L&A Looks or next renter the Monday after your date, you will be required to ship next day priority shipping at YOUR expense. Please be considerate of other renters!
• You MUST ship back USPS the following Monday in the same packaging you received it in. And provide tracking number! YOU pay for return shipping.
• Many rentals are custom measurements so please ask or read measurements to ensure it is going to fit properly. We are not responsible if you receive your dress and it does not fit. (No refund)
• If Dress is damaged, you will be required to pay for the dress or accessories! If small damage you will be required to pay for the repair of the dress or accessories!
