NOW HIRING – Production Assistant
The Merch Company is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our production team in Jacksonville.
No experience is required. We will train the right person.
You’ll learn hands-on production work including:
* Laser engraving
* Heat pressing apparel
* Custom promotional products
* Order preparation and finishing
* General production/shop work
Starting schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Starting pay: $15/hour
Paid lunch
This position will start part-time, but we have additional hours available for someone who shows they are dependable, productive, accurate, and able to work independently. For the right person, this position has the opportunity to grow into 30–40 hours per week and potentially a full-time role.
We’re not necessarily looking for someone with production experience. We’re looking for someone who:
* Shows up when they’re supposed to
* Pays attention to detail
* Works at a good pace
* Takes pride in doing things correctly
* Is willing to learn
* Wants an opportunity to grow
