DeadColours Designs is a Jacksonville-based screen printing and design company founded in 2013 by David Bates. As a Jacksonville native, David has been inspired by the arts in his city and his life experiences throughout relationships, traveling and the West Coast, where he spends his summers with family. David has had a passion for visual arts and creative elements since he was a young boy. Curre

ntly, he is finishing his degree at Florida State College at Jacksonville in art and psychology. His main goal in combining these two areas is to eventually help children with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) learn how to focus their energy through the arts. While studying art and taking a variety of classes, the art form known as printmaking peaked his interest. Printmaking is a way to reproduce artwork over and over, which adds an additional fun and creative way for the public and an artist to interact through their art pieces. With overwhelming requests for his work, David did some research and decided to start his own design company that specializes in custom screen printing designs as well as other contributing artist’s designs. DeadColours is a name that remained with David throughout his childhood when he use to design and build skateboard ramps make logos for him and his friends. It symbolizes his creative imagination that began as a child and it was fitting for him to use it for his design company. DeadColours Designs ensures that each clients needs are met for the design they need. From the initial meeting with the artist, to the delivery of the final product, DeadColours Designs follows through on each project and guarantees the highest quality customer service. Whether you’re an individual or a company, we will work diligently and carefully to design your logo, poster, t-shirt or any other creative item that you may need. We want people to utilize the talents that Jacksonville has to offer and be the design company of your choice.
