When a customer found out with only 2 days’ notice that he would be attending the Royal Enclosure at Royal Ascot in Windsor, England, he needed the proper formalwear — and he needed it fast.

Not only did Michael’s Formalwear have the right pieces locally, but we also knew the proper specifications for Royal Ascot, including the morning suit, vest, striped trousers, and correct hat requirements.
