Looking for a Local DTG Printing & Fulfillment Partner (Jacksonville Area)

I'm launching my Jacksonville-based apparel brand, 9Ohfourth Collective, and I'm looking for a long-term printing partner.

Initial Project

I'm looking to print approximately 80–100 shirts for my first pop-up event. This will not be one of every design. I'll choose the specific designs, sizes, and quantities based on what I expect to sell.

Ongoing Shopify Fulfillment

After launch, I'm looking for a partner who can:

✅ Print one shirt at a time as Shopify orders come in (no minimums).

✅ Use DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing only.

✅ Print exclusively on Next Level Apparel blanks (or be willing to source them, or allow me to provide them).

✅ Allow me to pick up completed orders so I can inspect every shirt before packaging and shipping it to my customers.

✅ Keep my artwork on file for repeat orders.

✅ Provide reliable turnaround times (ideally 2–5 business days for single orders).

✅ Maintain consistent print placement and color quality across repeat orders.

✅ Be comfortable printing large, full-front graphics and detailed, full-color artwork.

✅ Be able to make minor artwork color adjustments when needed so designs print properly on different shirt colors (for example, changing black elements to white on dark shirts or white elements to black on light shirts), while preserving the overall design and intent.

✅ Communicate if there's ever an issue with a file or if a specific Next Level blank is unavailable. I'd rather be contacted than have another brand or style substituted.

✅ Be interested in growing with my business. While order volume may start small, my goal is to build a long-term relationship with a dependable production partner as 9Ohfourth Collective grows.

One week ago today, I started building a Shopify store.

I had absolutely no idea what I was doing.

And somehow, in between all of that, I've managed to:

✅ Build a Shopify store from scratch with zero prior Shopify experience

✅ Create and organize 6 product collections

✅ Upload and organize 55 shirt designs and 2 hat options

✅ Build and populate 57 individual product pages

✅ Write, edit, and upload product descriptions for every product

✅ Develop a pricing structure across multiple apparel styles and accessories

✅ Learn and implement product variants, styles, colors, sizes, inventory management, collections, menus, and navigation

✅ Create hundreds of purchasable product combinations across multiple garment types

✅ Build a repeatable product template system to streamline future product creation

✅ Organize and structure an entire online catalog from the ground up

✅ Turn a collection of artwork, ideas, and mockups into a functioning e-commerce store

✅ Accomplish all of the above while working 12- and 13-hour shifts at my full-time job

✅ Do it all in one week

There have been plenty of moments where I had no clue what I was doing. Plenty of mistakes. Plenty of late nights. Plenty of "why is this button not doing what I want it to do?"

But every day it's starting to look a little more like a real business and a little less like a dream scribbled on a piece of paper.

There's still a lot left to do, but I'm pretty proud of what I've managed to accomplish in one week.

How exciting is this?! 🤯

I'm doing it. I'm actually doing it.

I've spent months designing shirts, learning about printing, building a brand, creating mockups, naming collections, and now I'm teaching myself Shopify from scratch.

Every button I click leads to three more things I didn't know existed. 😂

But little by little, it's starting to look like a real store.

No web designer. No team. No clue what I was doing when I started.

Just a stubborn girl determined to figure it out.

I started a Jacksonville apparel brand with nothing but an idea, an unhealthy obsession with details, and the inability to leave well enough alone. 😂

This is my personal prototype.

The final version will have a corrected brim and likely a true jaguar head pin, but I wanted to see what happened when all the pieces finally came together.

Every little detail matters to me. The teal. The gold. The chain. The textures. The vibe. The feeling.

I've spent months obsessing over colors, samples, fabrics, patches, pins, websites, designs, and things most people would never even notice.

Because if I'm going to put my name on something, it has to feel right.

Still tweaking.

Still refining.

Still chasing the version I originally saw in my head.

We're getting closer, Duval. 🖤💙💛

Quick little update for everyone following 9Ohfourth Collective. 🐆

The storefront is temporarily down while I transition into a new production setup and work on building a website that actually matches the vision I have for this brand.

The jaguar print hats are officially in production right now, and I’ll absolutely keep everyone updated once they land because these are going to be CRAZY. 🖤💙💛

In the meantime, I’m shifting focus toward pop-up shops and getting everything lined up for football season. New drops are still coming. New ideas are still moving. We’re just leveling up some things behind the scenes first.

I appreciate everybody rocking with me while I build this the right way. DUUUVAL til we die. 🏈🐆

THEN ➝ NOW.

3700 people.

That number honestly blows my mind a little.

A few months ago this brand was just ideas in my head after long CNA shifts, random sketches, late nights, and me trying to build something that actually felt like Jacksonville — not a copy of what already exists.

Now there are 3700 of you here watching 9Ohfourth Collective grow from the ground floor. And I just want to genuinely say thank you.

Thank you for:
• the follows
• the comments
• the shares
• the encouragement
• the people quietly watching from the sidelines
• and the ones who believed in the vision before it even looked like much yet

I know I’ve been quieter lately, but I’m not disappearing. I’m preparing.

Behind the scenes I’ve been working on:
• a real upgraded website experience
• pop-up event equipment
• more inventory
• better presentation overall
• and building this brand into something way bigger than a print-on-demand page

And the biggest update yet…

🧢 The custom cut-and-sew hat samples officially arrive in the next few days.

That part feels surreal.

These aren’t generic blanks with a logo slapped on them either. These were designed from scratch exactly how I envisioned them. Seeing them become real is a huge moment for me and honestly feels like the beginning of the next level for the brand.

So if you’ve been here since the early days: THANK YOU for being part of the foundation while this thing is still in its growth era.

The “THEN” picture is crazy. But we’re nowhere near the “NOW” I actually see in my head yet. 👀🔥

Real talk for a minute.

I started 9Ohfourth Collective with a vision way bigger than a basic print-on-demand storefront. The site that’s currently live was meant to simply get the brand online — not represent the full vision I have for this thing.

And honestly? I’ve been discouraged lately.

A lot of people only see a shirt on a screen. They don’t see the hours after 12-hour shifts, the design revisions, the money being reinvested, the samples, the planning, the failures, the learning curve, or the fact that I’m trying to build something original for Jacksonville instead of copying what already exists.

So for now, I’m taking a small step back from posting on social media for a bit. (Sales are still available.)

Not quitting. Not disappearing. Just preparing.

Behind the scenes, I’m investing into:
• a real website that actually matches the brand vision
• custom cut-and-sew hats
• pop-up shop equipment
• better presentation overall

The support, shares, follows, comments, feedback, and even the people quietly watching — it all means more than you probably realize.

This brand still has a future. I’m just building it slower than I hoped.

Hat samples should finally be in my hands by the end of next week-ish. Once I approve them, production officially begins.

That’s when things will start feeling real.

And once the funds are stacked and the final pieces are in place… the pop-up shops are ON.

All of this work, the late nights, the stress, the setbacks, the constant rebuilding — none of it was for nothing. This was always meant to become something bigger than a website.

Jacksonville deserves better than halfway done. And I fully plan on delivering that. 🐆🖤
