We are looking for a self motivated, sales oriented person to join our team.

The expectation of a Sales Associate is to promote Tiger Lily’s merchandise and services through excellent customer service. You will welcome customers, guide them through the merchandise, answer questions and make sure guests have a pleasant experience.

Some common responsibilities of a Sales Associate include the following:
* Welcoming customers into the store
* Staying knowledgeable about our range of merchandise and services we offer
* Explaining to customers the best available options for their needs
* Recommending related merchandise to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience
* Explaining the benefits and functions of merchandise or products, method of preparation and how to use them to achieve the best results
* Accepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve returns issues

Sales Associate Daily Duties:

* Piecing outfits together for customers
* Putting together best outfits for displays
* Organizing the store
* Executing sale transactions on register
* Upselling customers on accessories

*We are also looking for someone we can make an assistant manager upon completion of training.*

Manager description:

The expectation for an assistant manager is they are making sure day to day duties are getting done. They will be in charge of keeping track of what the store needs and communicating with the district manager all things regarding supplies, employees, customers needs, and ways we can improve our store and environment. Managers of any title are expected to have the best customer service and preferably be the most skilled in sales.

Manger Duties:

* Creating schedule on time for employees
* Motivating and assisting employees in doing daily duties
* Handling unhappy customers and finding a way to satisfy them within reason
* Communicating with district manager regarding employees, when supplies or merchandise are low, and general needs
* Getting creative with displays, customers and all thing Tiger Lily
