Well, Day 1 of prep for my first ever NPC event in June of 2027 almost 51 years old, 6’ 1” and currently 270 pounds. Was previously 320 pounds! Goal weight is 210-220. Long ways to go but I need to be the epitome of what my Tactical Descent brand stands for! I want to inspire others to live a better lifestyle.
