I've received some questions over the last few months! 💗
How/why did I start painting frames?
In 2025 I shut down my clothing business due to debt and conviction. I felt lost, I felt like I failed, and after lots of praying, I picked up a paintbrush and started painting. One day I painted a frame to go with the painting I had inside, and was hooked. I knew I wanted to paint moving forward. I trusted God and have let Him take the lead.
What materials do you use?
One thing I will never do again is purchase items I don't NEED, or spend money on things just to impress others. I did that a lot when I sold apparel.
I now try to work with mostly repurposed and recycled items. All of my frames are found at local resale and vintage shops, and the hardware inside/back of the frames are put together using repurposed materials. I try to use what I have first while still making sure quality is met. They may not be made using brand-new materials, but I think there is something beautiful in that.
How are the frames made?
I paint with acrylics and seal the print thats in the frame. (Print alone is thick/durable). The print does not have glass over it as it is sealed. This allows for zero reflection and brighter colors, although I do occasionally put the glass behind the print to add extra stability in the frame if needed.
Shipping!
I get a lot of questions regarding shipping time! During busy periods, processing time can be up to 7-10 biz days. It's just me here, (although I do have my husband help with emails and comments haha) and we do homeschool making my days sometimes very jammed pack.
All items are made to order (aside from auction items), meaning I don't make items until they're purchased.
When things are slower, processing can take between 2-5 biz days.
Overall, I try my very best to get orders out as quickly as I can. 💗
Copyright!
The one thing I don't allow is reselling prints/posts, altering prints/posts, repainting & selling the repainted art, claiming art as your own, and things of that nature. I just ask for respect and understanding when it comes to the artwork that I paint and share. 🙏
Don't ever hesitate asking your questions! I'm an open book.
God bless you! 💗✝️🙏🥰
