- Compile standard reports on production volumes, productivity, costs
of manufacturing.
- Compare materials usage rates to budget guidelines.
- Reporting may be daily, weekly or monthly, depending on purpose.
- Create/update production plans by department.
- Issue Job Orders as required to fill the production plans.
- Strong statistical background.
- Familiar creating and using data base programs like Excel & Access.
- Experience with ERP systems (eg. SAP or NetSuite) an advantage.
- Able to analyze data in order to develop action plans for business
management.
- Good communicator.
- Independent, flexible, and able to meet working deadlines.

The position of Warehouse Assistant is based in Jefferson City, Tennessee.
The Warehouse Assistant reports to the Warehouse Manager.
Responsible to assist the Warehouse Manager in daily tasks, including:
· Loading/unloading materials
· Picking and distributing materials to production departments as needed
· Maintaining inventory records
· Warehouse clean up and maintenance
Requirements:
