Meet the Founder & Owner
DaLisa Collins is the Founder and Owner of KinConnections: Supervised Visitation and Family Support, LLC, a company founded on the belief that children deserve meaningful connections with their parents in environments that are safe, supportive, and centered on their well-being.
DaLisa brings years of professional experience in early childhood education, secondary education, direct support services for individuals with disabilities, and child welfare. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work with children, families, and individuals from diverse backgrounds, strengthening her commitment to advocacy, family support, and working in the best interests of children.
The inspiration for KinConnections grew from DaLisa’s desire to create a safe and nurturing space where parents and children can continue to build, maintain, and strengthen their relationships—even when circumstances require visitation to be supervised. She understands that supervised visitation is about more than monitoring a visit; it is about creating opportunities for connection, trust, positive interaction, and the development of healthy family relationships.
Working in the best interest of children has been a longstanding passion for DaLisa. She believes every child deserves the opportunity to know, love, and connect with their family in a safe and supportive environment whenever possible. Her faith is also deeply woven into her commitment to this work. DaLisa believes that serving children and families is more than a profession—it is God’s work, and she approaches that responsibility with compassion, integrity, patience, and purpose.
