FIVE YEARS. 🥹❤️ HAPPY 5TH BIRTHDAY, R3VEL!

Today is the BIG celebration day, and I honestly don’t even know where to start. I just feel so incredibly blessed to be here, doing this thing that I love.

I’ve truly R3veled (see what I did there 😂) in most every moment of this business. The good, the hard, the crazy, the unexpected… all of it has shaped me into the person I am today.

I named R3vel Threads as a tribute to my three kids and the fact that, after walking through some really difficult seasons in life, I get to R3vel in this business. And that meaning has only become more special to me over the years.

This store has brought me so much peace. It’s given me confidence, flexibility for my family, and a reason to keep learning, creating and growing. It’s challenged me in ways I never expected and given me so much more than I ever imagined when I signed that lease five years ago.

But my favorite part? YOU.

I genuinely love meeting people, getting to know you, hearing your stories and catching up on your lives. I love helping you find an outfit for a special event, but I also love the conversations that have absolutely nothing to do with shopping. 😂❤️

R3vel has become so much more than a clothing store to me. It’s a community, a creative outlet, a place where I’ve made friendships and a business that has given me so much to be proud of.

I am SO thankful for every single person who has walked through these doors, placed an online order, shared a post, told a friend about us or supported this crazy little dream in any way.

You have no idea what it means to me.

Five years down, and I know I’m not done yet. I have no idea what the next five years will look like, but I’m excited to find out. 🥹

DAY 5… FIVE WHOLE YEARS OF R3VEL! 🥹❤️

Year 5, you have been INCREDIBLE!

We kicked off 2026 with a celebration dinner at my house with a private chef, and it was such a fun, special experience! A pretty great way to start the year with my people. ❤️

I can honestly say I’ve found a work-life balance that feels good, and I know without a shadow of a doubt that I’m doing what God wants me to be doing. I have an incredible team, so many supporters and SO much to be thankful for.

This year we started R3vel Reads, our very own book club! It was so much fun while I was able to keep it going, but between kids, life and limited time outside of store hours, I had to make the decision to pause it until I have the capacity to bring it back. And that’s okay!

We hosted some really fun events, including Galentine’s Day, where everyone could make their own candles and shop mystery swag bags!

My creative daughter also started selling her creations in the store and at Farmgirl Flea, and she is doing SO well! I love that we get to give her a space to share her creativity and grow something of her own. 🥹

We also introduced a NEW service at R3vel… spray tanning! This has been such a fun addition, and I love getting to offer something new to our customers.

And one of the sweetest parts of this year was celebrating Taylin getting married! 🥹❤️ Getting to celebrate such a big, exciting moment with her was so special, and we couldn’t be happier for her!

Year 5 has been full of growth, fun, new adventures and so many reminders of why I do this.

Five years ago, I had no idea what R3vel would become. Today, I’m just incredibly grateful for the people, the experiences, the opportunities and the community that have come with it.

THANK YOU for five years of showing up, shopping small, supporting this dream and being part of the R3vel story. I truly couldn't do this without you, and I don't take that for granted for a second.

DAY 4 of celebrating FIVE whole years of R3vel! 🤍

Year 4 was simply put… SO MUCH FUN and full of new things!

We kicked things off with a R3vel team sleepover where we made vision boards and had the best time! We hosted an epic Galentine’s Day where everyone made their own lip scrubs, and teamed up with local boutiques for a Mother’s Day Build a Bouquet event. Everyone went home with a handful of gorgeous flowers and it was SO much fun! 💐

We also said YES to a pretty crazy fundraiser for Hudsonville… a formal dress event that left me feeling like Kesha with glitter in my hair and all over the store. 😂 I had never seen a line out my door like I did that morning!

This was also the year we started creating our own graphics for spirit wear, which opened up a whole new creative outlet for me. 🎨

We celebrated FOUR years of R3vel and wrapped up the year with a sale from my biggest online troll. 😉😂 (If you know, you know!)

Year 4 just FELT GOOD. We tried new things, got creative, worked with some amazing people and had a whole lot of fun along the way.

And now here we are… YEAR FIVE! 🥹❤️

DAY 3 of celebrating FIVE whole years of R3vel! 🤍

Year 3 is where things really started to click for me.

I stopped trying so hard to predict what everyone wanted and started choosing things that I thought were unique, cool and, most importantly, things that I genuinely loved. I worked hard to curate the store around my own taste and vision, and it made shopping for R3vel SO much more fun.

We also hosted an EPIC fundraiser that people still talk about today, which is always so fun to hear about years later. ❤️

And this was the year I jumped into game day gear! 🏈

It was my first time researching vendors for custom orders, figuring out sizing, quantities, timelines and all the little details that come with it. And let me tell you… placing those orders takes a LOT of trust and a LOT of prayer. 😂🙏🏼

Year 3 brought a lot of confidence, some really fun new things and a whole lot of growth for R3vel.

And honestly, it was just really fun.
