1. Lint and odor free
2. No stains, pilling, or worn spots.
3. Free of pet hair.
4. Folded neatly and placed in a tote
5. No hangers or trash bags.

Thank you for following these procedures. This will allow us to give you the maximum amount for your items.

✔️ At-Home Prep Work:

To help us process your items as quickly as possible, please complete the following before bringing them in:

1. Clothing should be clean, wrinkle-free, and odor-free (no smoke or pet odors).
2. Items must be free of pet hair, stains, rips, pilling, missing buttons, and broken zippers.
3. Button all buttons and zip all zippers.
4. Neatly fold your clothing (please no hangers).
5. Bring items in a sturdy shopping tote or hard-sided container (no garbage bags, please).
