It has been a little while, and you may have been wondering where we have been.

We are still here!!!! 🐾

The home repairs from our main water break have been taking up a lot of our time and store space. However, we have continued to source the most AMAZING vintage goodies we can find and we cannot wait to start shipping them out to you!

PLEASE continue your support and hang in there with us! We get closer and closer each day to getting back to, “normal”.

Although these little guys have already found a forever home with one Dog House Vintage’s top supporters, they were too groovy cute not to share! Similar products will be debuted in the store! Here’s to number 7…..

▪️1970’s Vintage Made in Japan Mushroom Trivet set. Cast iron with ceramic tiles! Featuring yellow, green & yellow! Super groovy midcentury modern. These trivets are heavy duty and can be used while cooking or would make the absolute beautiful wall decor. The colors just POP! 🍄 Super excited to see these go to such a good home. Items such as these would be found in the store debut for $15 each.

Hi all

Store debut number six is finally here. This pair is boho chic and have one common theme in mind - home office.

▪️ Vintage Woven Owl Basket or Wall Hanging. Although I don’t know the exact year on this I think it would be easy to say the 70’s for its well-known boom of all things rattan!!! This adorable little trinket bowl it’s roughly 12” by 8” and will be found in the store debut for $12.00

▪️ Vintage RARE Clearfloat Letter Opener. This is such an exciting piece to have and add into your office space. The handle attaches to a Solingen blade made by Ed Wusthof. (High quality blades since 1814). The letter opener is in good condition showing average signs of use and is ready for use or display. The length is 10.25”. Midcentury 60’s/70’s piece that can be found in the store debut for $15.00

Hi all -

Thank you for hanging in there with us while we try to fix our home. Even though we are at a stand still, our page views increase every day and I couldn’t be more thankful.

Christmas Day we had a main water line in our home burst causing our ceiling to collapse and in turn creating massive water damage to two rooms in our home. We went 24 days without water, and now we are beginning the rebuild from the destruction.

Please, continue to hang in there with us while we navigate this unforeseen circumstance. We are going to try to start sneak peeks again this week, and we promise to have the store debut as soon as we can!

Thank you for showing your continued support! You may have noticed we have come to a halt with our “sneak peek” posts.

This is due to weather related damage to our home. At this time, we please ask that you continue to follow our page and stay patient while we work to rebuild our home. We apologize for the inconvenience this may bring, but we appreciate you hanging in there with us with anticipation for our store opening.

Because of the damage done to our home, this is going to push back the release of our store opening. This is saddening to us, but we are excited and look forward to the day we open up shop to supply you the best vintage finds!!!

Night number five of store debut sneak peeks!

▪️Handmade pottery vase, year unknown but thought to be 1980’s. speckled print with black splotches, finished with a beautiful glaze. Absolutely stunning neutral colors. This would look so pretty by itself or with some flowers. This will be in the store debut for $20.00

▪️Handmade pottery plate, year unknown but thought to be 1970’s - 1980’s. This would be gorgeous as a fruit plate, propped up on a shelf for decor, or even used as a plate for serving and entertaining. This will be in the store debut for $12.00.

Hi all!

Night number four of store debut “sneak peeks”.

This evening, is all about those neutral tones…..

▪️1982 set of 2, Semigres Handpainted Tile Trivets made in Italy. These are absolutely stunning. Another duo I hate to see leave, but cannot wait to see in someone’s home. This pair features a Vintage Swing top growler beer, and a trio of flowers. These will be for sale in the store debut for $15.00 a piece, $30.00 for the pair.

Hi all!

Night number three of store debut “sneak peeks”! This duo is one of my favorites!

▪️Genuine Teakwood bowl made in Thailand. 3 inches in depth and 5 inches in diameter. This would look darling as a planter, a decorative item on a shelf, or even used for jewlrey or trinkets. This will be for sale in the store debut for $10.00.

▪️MCM (midcentury modern) Genuine Teakwood Heron, from the 60’s-70’s era. This adorable piece is hard to let go, but I am so excited for it to find the perfect home. It is 6.5 inches tall from base to top of the beak. It is 5 inches in length from the tip of the beak, to the end of the tail. This will be for sale in the store debut for $12.00.
