We’re looking for someone who truly knows social media — and we’re much more interested in SKILL than a degree!
We need someone creative who understands what catches attention, gets people to stop scrolling, creates engagement, and ultimately helps turn social media into SALES.
This is not a position where we’re asking to see a portfolio of work you’ve done for someone else. We want to see what YOU can do for US.
As part of the interview process, we’ll give you several real examples of products, photos, promotions, etc., and ask you to show us on the spot how you would market them. We may do several different trial examples so we can get a good feel for your creativity, writing ability, marketing instincts, and understanding of social media.
You should be comfortable with:
• Creating attention-grabbing Facebook and social media posts
• Writing captions and sales copy
• Creating graphics and promotional content
• Coming up with fresh marketing ideas
• Understanding what gets engagement and what drives sales
• Taking a basic idea and turning it into a great post without needing every detail spelled out
This position can start PART-TIME and has the potential to develop into FULL-TIME based on performance and results.
No specific degree required. We’re looking for TALENT, CREATIVITY, and RESULTS.
