IMPORTANT UPDATE:
I am unable to accept any additional requests for Alterations or Custom Projects at this time.

- After the last several months of peak demand for our services (Weddings, Proms, Uniforms, special projects, etc....), I currently have a backlog of work with deadlines and event dates quickly approaching throughout the summer months. Although long days & nights have been worked to meet the needs of every client possible, we must take a pause in receiving new requests.
- Thank you to each of my Clients for your confidence in my work and allowing me to assist with some of your most important garments and sentimental projects. I am prayerfully asking for your understanding.
- For Clients with pending orders, I apologize for the delay! Your specific orders have been reviewed, prioritizing the date received as I am continuing to reach out individually to confirm dates with you.

- During the upcoming months and in the future, it is important that family, church & spiritual commitments, along with health & personal needs are better attended to moving forward.

- Unfortunately (and with sincere apologies), if you have garments or projects, that would need to be completed before Labor Day, I am unable to provide assistance.

- For garments and projects, you need to have completed AFTER Labor Day, please leave a voicemail when calling 743-444-2299. We will make every effort to return your call within 48 hours to schedule your fitting to meet your timeline.

UPDATE:
We are currently in one of our peak seasons with clients needing formal wear alterations!
We are at capacity and cannot schedule any additional appointments until after April 9.

REMINDERS:
- We offer professional alteration services on:
🪡Bridal, Formalwear & Suits
🧵Military, Clergy & Uniforms
- Appointments are required.
- No Dropoffs are accepted.

Our focus has been to deliver quality alteration services at an affordable price. So we hope folks understand when I say …
We will not sacrifice the ‘Quality of our work for Quantity’.
This simply means that we will not take in additional dresses, suits, or other to try to get just one more garment out the door when requested to do so close to an event.

I am unavailable for Alteration Appointments & Custom Design projects until late February / early March due to shoulder surgery and required recovery time.
I will be unable to return calls, texts or messages during this time.

Calls, texts and messages will be responded to by the end of February to schedule appointments for your Wedding, Prom and Event garment needs.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience.
