Happy International Surfing Day. To us it doesn’t matter what day, what wave or what kind of board you’re riding. Surfing isn’t about how good you are or how many waves you catch in a session. It’s about the experience and the personal connection you make with the ocean. It’s about exploring new surf breaks and making lists of places you want to surf before your times up. Every time we paddle out even when the waves are crap we’re always reminded that a little salt water makes each day that much better. Hopefully this shot of fellow nomad surfing a fickle wave under the Golden Gate Bridge inspires you to make a surf break bucket list and more importantly gets you to paddle out next time you're debating if it's worth it.
