Pure Barre is a total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs and burns fat in record-breaking time. Utilizing the ballet barre to perform small isometric movements set to fantastic music, Pure Barre is the fastest, most effective, yet safest way to change your body. We recommend our clients to take classes 3-4 times a week in order to see drastic results. Pure Barre is an intelligent

exercise. The technique protects your joints as it does not involve any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscle without bulk. The workout launches a full blown attack on the areas of the body all women struggle with: abs, hips, seat and arms. It defies gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up. The workout requires such focus that you block "life" out for the hour allowing you to obtain the mental benefits achieved in yoga or meditation. Wow wow wow! It was so much fun to have guest teacher, Jennifer from teach the 8:30 today! That class was KILLER! She will be teaching again this Saturday at 8:30 before she heads home so make sure to snag a spot in that class before it’s full 🎉

Another celebration in the house!

We could not be more proud of this woman who completed her 100th class in just a little over half a year. Such an amazing accomplishment amongst your crazy work schedule.

And since day one, you have always come to class and have given it your all! Including your amazing form!
You are so strong, and it shows in every aspect of your life, not just in the studio.

Everyone- we’d like to kindly stop your scrolling to bring to your attention- that our girl Kischa hit her 250!!! This killer completed two milestones in 9 months !!!!! That drive and dedication is shown both in and out of the studio and even though it wasn’t easy, we know there was a lot of things that could have stopped or deterred you, but you girl, you 𝙙𝙞𝙙 𝙞𝙩 ! We are so proud of you and so thankful to have such a strong, vibrant, kind, and supportive woman like you in our ohana.
