Beginning Monday, August 31, construction will bring a few changes to Kalamazoo Avenue:

Electrical duct bank work will start at the Burdick intersection, restricting turns between Kalamazoo Avenue and Burdick Street on the north side for up to seven days. Burdick St can still be accessed from the north.

Traffic will shift near the Park St intersection through Wednesday, September 2, while crews connect the new water main to the existing system (this is a shift of the current lane configuration).

Pedestrians will continue to be able to cross Kalamazoo Ave at Church and Burdick streets. The Rose Street crossing is closed; please use the alternatives.

Kalamazoo Avenue remains open, and businesses remain accessible. Thanks for your patience as work continues!

Say Hi to our new studio pup, Vincent! He's a 5 month old rescue who is settling in nicely to his new home and learning all he can about glass art. Ask if he's around next time youโ€™re here and he may just come out for an ear scratch and belly rub.

Weโ€™re asking Kalamazoo residents to take a quick survey to help shape future recycling efforts in our community.

Complete the survey for a chance to win $15 in Downtown Dollars.

It only takes about 5 minutes, and your feedback can help us make recycling easier and more effective.
