Art on the Mall starts TOMORROW, and that means a new Amy Zane Jewelry collection, and this year, also a SALE (on my less-brand-new items)!

Here’s a sneak peek of my new collection, which will be INSIDE in my cases. And as always, we are a year-round haven of work by local artists, so stop in on your art circuit!

Guess what's happening this Friday!! It's the December Art Hop, and that means it's time to release my Amy Zane Holiday Collection. I'm pretty over-the-moon about how things turned out. 🙂

I felt like going all-out with gem-y gems and sparkles on many of these beauties, and I had a blast getting back to my roots. For those of you who love the more subtle, sleek stone look, there's plenty of those too! Today, Laguna Lace Agate is the most highly praised banded agate in the world, and is found only in a four square mil area in a remote mountain range in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico. It is a variety of banded Chalcedony, a mineral of the Quartz family.

Parrot Wing Chrysocolla is a mixture of chrysocolla, jasper, azurite, and quartz that is usually mined in Mexico, and is a rarer form of the already rare Chrysocolla. The bright blues and greens of these stunning earrings are amplified by the dark framing of the brown matrix.
