These are the first new earrings I have made in almost 3 years, since my son was born. I won’t be doing pop-ups for awhile but I am planning to set aside at least two weekends a month to make small limited-release batches of seasonal jewelry that I am really excited about.
These were born after the little heart flower illustration that I made (last slide). I thought little flower hearts that frame your face would be adorable for Valentine’s Day (or any time). So I busted out the old clay and tools and made seven brand new pairs. Yes, there are only 7 pairs available so if you like what you see, head to my Etsy shop now or message me for local Kansas City pickup and payment. Once they’re gone, they’re gone!

Something special is coming to the shop tomorrow!

There will be an extremely small release of some real Valentine’s Day cuties. Why? Well, since I had a kid, I don’t have a lot of time to make large quantities of earrings or do pop up shows like I used to, but I have been getting the itch to create lately so I decided I will do a few small releases a couple of times a month that will only be sold on my Etsy shop or locally for pick up in Kansas City. It will allow me to focus on what I like about making jewelry which is the artistry and fun of turning ideas in my head into a cute and wearable accessory and not worrying about churning out a mass amount of items for a show.

Here is the final addition to my newest summer/Independence Day line. Now these might seem like a bit of a stretch, but what coordinates with red, white, and blue? Gold! These will coordinate with any outfit and have a little bit of whimsy to them! Here is the second style in my 4th of July lineup, inspired by fireworks in the night sky! There are two versions - one with looots of speckles and one with minimal speckles. Both have rose gold accents and can definitely work with your Independence Day ensemble or any other outfit. Versatile and fun!

I love a good themed outfit but I cannot say I love the typical bright red, white, and blue color scheme typically associated with the 4th of July. I also don’t love it when a piece of jewelry is so specifically for one occasion that you can only wear it/them once a year. That is why I created a line for the 4th of July that can work beyond the holiday and coordinate with any outfit. These earrings have a more muted red, white and blue color palette and also feature a very dark green, gold, and gray. Giving “Americana” vibes that aren’t the earring equivalent of an Old Navy flag tee. These are now live in my shop. Stay tuned in the upcoming days for the rest of the line!
