DIYs from my baby’s 1st birthday!!🐾🐶

I may have gone a little overboard for my dog’s first birthday…🐶 but every DIY was so much fun to make, and seeing everything come together made it completely worth it. I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat. 💙🎂

this custom birthday banner was made for Mackenzie’s 2nd birthday! we had so much fun painting all of the bright colors and tiny details and absolutely loved bringing this colorful cake theme to life!! seeing it all come together is always our favorite part!💖🎂

it’s easy to look at a finished banner and only see the final product.

what you don’t always see are the hours spent planning, painting, fixing tiny mistakes, and adding all of the little details that make each one unique. every custom banner starts as a blank sheet of paper, and by the end, it’s something created specifically to celebrate a person, a family, or a special moment.

that’s my favorite part about creating custom pieces. they’re never just decorations… they become part of birthdays, graduations, classrooms, holidays, and memories that people will look back on for years to come.

one of our favorite gifts we’ve ever made 🤍

we made this miniature “museum of us” shadow box as a wedding gift for our favorite bouncer and his wife! 💍

every little detail was chosen just for them! from tiny framed photos from their wedding and miniature museum visitors to their favorite songs (complete with Spotify codes you can actually scan), custom lighting, and meaningful quotes that tell their story.

it’s so fun creating gifts that feel personal because they’re the ones people tend to hold onto the longest. 🤍

🎪 CARNIVAL PROJECT 🎪

One of my recent projects was hand-painting 8 custom carnival game signs for a carnival-themed event thrown by The Party Edit KC LLC, and this was such a fun one to work on! ✨

Each sign was painted by hand and designed to fit the classic carnival atmosphere. Seeing them displayed as part of the full event setup made all of the late nights and paint-covered hands worth it. ❤️🤍💙

Projects like this are one of my favorite parts of creating because every event is completely different and gives me the chance to bring someone’s vision to life in a unique way.
