From: “Zorrel International Inc.” To: “OMNi Apparel Inc.”

Zorrel began in 2005, and over the years has worked to gain clarity as to who we are and what we are in our channels of distribution. Making this name change does a few things for us as a company:

•

Separating the brand name from the company name will
allow us to introduce new and innovative apparel and
brands while maintaining each label and brand message
in clear communication to our dealers and customers.
• The new name more properly reflects our clarifying focus
and position within the markets we operate.
• This change will assist in giving clarity to our branded partners and define our
opportunities in the vertical manufacturing supply chain of which we are a part.
• And as the definition of “omni” is “all”, we are omni apparel – from spinning
yarns, through knitting, cut and sew, in-stock, decoration and finally
distribution – all is OMNi Apparel. Other than the company name, all other details and structures of the company remain unchanged. This is a name change only and is not the result of an acquisition, sale, merger, or any other corporate structural change.
