We had such a great time last night at the Best of Katy Celebration! At the Home Run Dugout 🎉

One of the best parts of the evening was getting to connect with so many familiar faces, meet other local businesses, and spend time with the amazing Katy community. We also loved handing out customer orders at the event—it made seeing everyone’s reactions even more fun!

Graphic Designer – Textile Separations & Production Layouts

📍 Katy, TX (In-House Position)

Brammer's is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in apparel decoration and textile separations.

This is a full-time, in-house position at our Katy, Texas facility. Remote or freelance applicants will not be considered.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who understands both creative design and the technical side of production-ready artwork.

What You'll Do:

✔ Create artwork for screen printing, embroidery, DTF, and heat transfer production
✔ Perform textile color separations
✔ Build production-ready layouts and customer proofs
✔ Vectorize customer artwork and logos
✔ Create professional mockups for customer approvals
✔ Ensure artwork meets production specifications and quality standards
✔ Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet deadlines
✔ Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience in the apparel decoration industry
• Strong knowledge of textile color separations
• Experience creating production-ready layouts for screen printing
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Understanding of garment decoration processes and production artwork requirements
• Strong attention to detail and file organization
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

⭐ Experience with embroidery digitizing software
⭐ Knowledge of DTF, DTG, heat transfers, and promotional products
⭐ Experience working in a screen printing or embroidery environment
⭐ Understanding of spot color and simulated process separations

📍 Katy, TX

Brammer's is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our production department! If you enjoy hands-on work and want to build a career in custom apparel, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

✔ Operate heat presses for DTF, heat transfer, and vinyl applications
✔ W**d, mask, and apply vinyl graphics
✔ Assist with digital printing and production setup
✔ Prepare garments for decoration
✔ Inspect finished products for quality
✔ Package and organize completed orders
✔ Help keep the production area clean and organized
✔ Assist with other production tasks as needed

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience with heat press, digital printing, or vinyl production (preferred)
• DTF experience is a plus
• Pays close attention to detail
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Is dependable, punctual, and positive
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Can lift up to 50 lbs
