An appointment is required for all drop-offs. We accept no more than 100 items per appt. Unless another number has been specified.

All clothing items consigned must be current style clothing (within the last 2 yrs). Items must be in excellent condition, clean, freshly laundered, stain and hole-free, items should be turned right side out, sets must be folded together. There will be times when items will not be selected to consign. Please understand that maximizing your profitability and our customer's preferences will be the basis of our selection guidelines. Items offered with pet hair, stains, tears, smoke or long term storage odors, attached garage sale tickets, or items in need of cleaning will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

When placing sets together both items must be the same size and brand. Items safety pinned or taped together will not be accepted. All games or any small pieces must be together in Ziploc Baggies. Socks and other loose items must also be in zip lock baggies, any items needing zip lock baggies will be charged $.10 per baggie. Shoes must be clean and free from mud and scuffs.

Toys and gear must be clean with all parts and in working condition. If toys or gear need to be cleaned to our standards we will charge starting at .50cents up to $5.00 depending on how dirty the item is. Any toys or gear needing batteries we will charge the consignor .50 cents per battery C and D will be $1.50 a battery. The amount will be debited from the consignor's account. Please check www.cpsc.gov for all product recalls. Gear cannot be tampered with in any way. (example- Straps removed or cut.)

We reserve the right to refuse any item at any time that we deem as

un-sellable.

Wee-Cycle is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed merchandise.

Acceptable items suggestions: All clothing and sleepwear, size preemie to youth 18, shoes, boots, good working toys, puzzles, games, DVD’s, c/ds, bikes, outdoor toys, books, costumes, maternity clothes, strollers, high chairs, swings, pack n plays, bassinets, dressers, changing tables, toddler beds...Just to name a few.

Please do not bring: cribs, car seats, breast pumps, bumpers, mobiles, diaper pails, used underwear, stuffed animals, snowsuits or buntings size 12months or smaller, pregnancy/parenting books, clothing that is personalized, single bottles or sippy cups, older v-tech and leap pad systems, picture frames, photo albums, baby books, calendars or dated items.

How it works: The price of the item will be set by the Wee cycle staff. (If you want to know how in detail please ask). Items are on the sale floor for 140 days. Any items that do not sell in the first 30 days will be reduced by 25%, and 50% after 60 days. At 90 days and for the remainder of the time the items will be in the 75% off area. At the end of the 140 days, it is your responsibility to pick up any left-over items or they will be disposed of. WeeCycle will not contact you. WeeCycle also reserves the right to run store-wide promotions, reducing the selling price 10-60% on items, or up to 75% on seasonal items that have not reached their 30/60 day stages (winter and summer clearance sales, for example).

Payouts: Consignors will receive 40% of what an item sells for.

For those opting for payouts, you may at any time cash out an account of $20.00 or less, any amount over $20.00 must be requested in the form of a check. Checks are payable the month after the items have sold. (Example all sales in January payable in February). Checks are written between the 10th and 20th of the month. Any check requested after the 5th of the month will be payable the following month. Any checks requested to be mailed out will cost $2.00 and we will debit the consignor's account. Accounts reaching over $75.00 will be mailed a check without a request.

Any money left on account for over a year will become the property of Wee-cycle.

The consignor waives any legal claim against Wee-cycle for damage to items, or for losses, theft, or fire.

All terms of this agreement shall be strictly enforced.

By signing this agreement you are acknowledging that your consigned gear, toys, clothing, and any other consigned items have not been in an accident, or have been tampered with in any way. If this is found in any way to be untrue, the purchaser of such an item will not hold WeeCycle responsible. The purchaser may take legal actions against the consignor.

Last but most important, WeeCycle is committed to its consignors. We look forward to a long and mutually profitable association with you. We would not be here without you. If you have any questions at all please do not ever hesitate to ask. Thank you- our partner in consigning.
