-Owens Corning ice and water from bottom to top
-fresh white wide nailer drip edge

Every project is presented with its own challenges! This one had three inches of insulation board on the exterior of the roof. This was our reasoning for strapping out this roof.

Currently we have been focused on getting this house ready for the market in April!
- We stripped all old shingles ✓
- repaired all water damage✓
- Water/ice protection✓
- completely new metal black roof✓

-This is a total gut and rebuild. Here's an update on the exterior part of the project. The front porch is being removed with a new deck to replace it.
