We value open communication and welcome questions or concerns. However, we also ask for mutual respect. Our team consists of experienced professionals who take pride in their trade, and we ask that our expertise be trusted while we complete the work we’ve been hired to do.
You’ll often hear music playing while we work. We understand that everyone’s taste is different, but music helps keep our crew motivated, focused, and productive throughout the day.
Our priority is always to complete each project to the highest standard and leave every customer with positive things to say about Welch Brothers LLC. That said, we believe respect goes both ways. Sneak peek of work load! 16'x36' tiny home with a hip style roof!.
We will be doing all the work except gutters and heat pump!

We have been pretty booked on bigger projects that will be shared as we go!
We like to share as much of our work we have completed with you guys as we can!
We were able to sneak in a job for a repeat customer the other day, we wanted to share to show our appreciation for the ones who trust us the most!!
We hope everyone's having a very good start to their summer!!

We didn't manage to get any before pictures😞
This customer requested that we remove all old landscape timbers and replace.
Add stone where it was needed
We also added 4" perforated drainage in a spot they were having trouble with water drainage

Building has been moved securely
We were asked if we could relocate this historic cabin. Behind that vinyl siding is a 100 year old cabin that used to serve a purpose and now will do the same in its new location.

Saturday consisted of getting this customers front half of her house re-shingled

-Owen Corning "onyx black" 9 square
-stripped down to Bare decking, repaired water damage
-Owens Corning ice and water from bottom to top
-fresh white wide nailer drip edge

This front patio area was in need of railings/gates!

-Stripped and replaced post covers!
- installed all pressure treated lumber needed
-black metal spindles
-installed 2- 36" gates
"Customer did all stain prep/ touch up for us"

We are booked out for bigger jobs but are still available for things like:
Dump runs
Material hauling "stone grades+mulch"
Machine moving up to 12,000 pounds

old shingles removed✓
Ice/water underlayment ✓
Strapped out✓
New metal roof "dark brown in color"

Every project is presented with its own challenges! This one had three inches of insulation board on the exterior of the roof. This was our reasoning for strapping out this roof.
