Good morning my lovely people. I hope that this end of March Monday finds you well. I have some fun stuff coming up so keep your eyes open for that, but more urgently I thought I’d better get the word out to fellow yarn crafters that the rumor is that yarn prices are likely to be going UP, due to some world wide events happening that have been effecting fuel prices and petroleum. I don’t know this for a fact, but I know that I for one am going to get prepared by being smart and finding sales while I can and buying yarn that I know that I will be needing. Two places that I know that are having[ sales at the moment but are and . I know that they are selling out fast though and at this point Yarnspirations is experiencing a delay in shipping as a result, so prepare for that. Even other smaller shops that I use on Etsy are selling out as I am placing my order which is what prompted this post. If I find more great sales, I will add them. Good morning! Jeez it looks like it’s been awhile since I’ve actually posted here. Mostly just talked back and forth on messenger with people inquiring about orders, but I have a question for fellow crocheters! Is it just me, or does it seem that every single time I finally get time to sit down and do that project I’ve been so excited about; I’ve got my cup of tea, my yarn, scissors, everything I need, I must have 50 crotchet hooks but somehow the ONE I need is missing!!! Every time. I even have different sets and it doesn’t seem to matter the size. Is this like the missing sock and spoon? Inquiring minds need to know. Am I alone? Drives me crazy! 🤪

Good morning folks! I wanted to give everyone a heads up because I’ve been tagged with requests on a few of these “amazing” crochet projects. What’s even worse is that some actual link to false patterns or patterns that are real but don’t come close to the picture. That’s because these are AI generated. A person who crochets professionally can normally catch this immediately, but some with less experienced or none at all might be tricked.

My God, what a beautiful dog made of crochet. Clearly this picture was taken on the internet, but the dog is beautiful. I'm going to try to make a dog in this style.

Hello everyone! Well true to Crickets Chirps Farm, Willow is in early labor just in time for our next snow storm. I do thank her though for it not being this last one. Pictures to follow on that one! I didn’t have power or I would have posted before. It’s hard telling what time she’ll have it or how many, but as of now, for those who know what any of this means, and for others to learn, she’s lost her ligaments completely. She also lost her plug. Her udder drastically changed in size this morning. She’s very vocal and talking to her baby. Every several minutes she gives a good stretch and arches her back. She’s trying to isolate but our circumstances are not permitting that. I have not seen any digging or getting up and down yet. Her little brother, Stormy insists in joining in on the fun!
