ATTENTION FB Friends!!!! Starting tomorrow morning Friday Nov 7th and through Saturday Nov 8th 🍂🍁It’s closet clean out weekend, so if you think you may be interested and gently used namebrand women’s men’s and children’s clothes plus accessories , stay tuned! 👀 This is how it will work. I will post a picture and put a starting price….. If you want the item, comment the price ⭐️( it will be a bidding style sale ) ⭐️whoever has the highest bid by midnight Saturday will get the item or items . 🤗 plus on top of that, I will also be posting inventory from my store 🏬( which is temporary closed for website maintenance) Christmas is right around the corner yall 🎄There will be lots of brand new children’s clothing at clearance prices!! 🥰 sale will end Saturday at midnight🛑 pick up will be anytime Monday through Friday. AUGUST 🎉 is the month yall!!! Big and beautiful changes coming along for our Grand Reopening!! 🙌🏻
A few months ago, I decided to close down for a while to self reflect ... What do we love? 💗 Who is Ella Elba? 🤔 What do we stand for? What would bring us AND our customers JOY? 🤩 So, after a lot of soul-searching, we have figured a few things out and learned some new things about ourselves and how we want to do things, moving forward.  I had to find my passion and my niche. That being said, we are looking forward to re-opening in the month of August and the beautiful journey that awaits us!⭐️💫 All of our love, Ella.Elba

Easy Herb Butter Turkey
Ingredients:
1 turkey breast, bone in and skin on
1 stick herb butter
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Gravy:
3 tbsp. Butter
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 teaspoon thyme
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup Chicken stock
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with water
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon Italian herb bouillon

Directions:
1. Place turkey breast in a pan and spread the herbed butter all over the outside of the turkey breast. Lay the lemon wedges around the turkey. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Place in a 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until it reaches 165 degrees. Cover with foil to let it rest for 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile make your gravy by adding 3 tablespoons of butter to a pot. Once melted add your onion, thyme and season with salt and pepper. Cook until softened. Then pour in chicken stock and cream. Stir to combine. Drizzle in your cornstarch mixed with water and simmer until desired consistency. Add herbed bouillon for more flavor.
4. Slice turkey and serve with gravy and a garnish of fresh chopped parsley.
5. Yum!
