***STREET RACING ALERT***
We have recently been experiencing issues with street racing in and around the area of Columbia Point Marina. Racing and reckless driving a criminal traffic offense and is prohibited under Washington State RCW 46.61.500. In addition, Richland Municipal Code 11.42.010 further prohibits motor vehicles on park property between the hours of 11:00 pm and 5:00 am. The safety of our community is our highest priority. We will work to ensure public safety by increasing our presence in the area. Violators may be cited and vehicles may be impounded. Please race on the track and not our streets.
