I’m sure you are like me and don’t have a ton of time to just sit and read, but If you do happen to have time to read or even listen to the audiobook while you drive, this book is a must read. Not only did it give me perspective about why I am the way I am (first born), but it gave me some insight into my kids and why they do what they do and ideas on how to parent each one. Check it out! It’s called “the birth order”: Let me know if you’ve read it! I’d love to talk more about it.

As moms, We do so much during the week. From driving kids to practice, preparing lunches/ dinners, setting appointments, etc. when are you going to take off your cape superwoman? We all need to And it’s definitely well deserved. I decided to pick Sundays as my day to focus on self care.
