I am sad I’m even having to make this post AGAIN. I have had custom orders placed and not paid for/picked up. And no response from the customer(s).

NO MATTER WHAT FROM HERE ON OUT ALL ORDERS ARE TO BE PAID FOR UP FRONT. I DO NOT CARE HOW WELL I KNOW YOU OR HOW CLOSE WE ARE. I HAVE BEEN BURNT OUT TOO MANY TIMES AND SMALL BUSINESSES DEPEND ON THEIR CUSTOMERS.
