Before streaming and TV commercials, families gathered around the radio for an evening of entertainment. Now, The Lancaster Players are bringing that Golden Age of Radio magic back to the stage!

In “It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play”, the audience gets a glimpse inside a 1940s radio studio, complete with live sound effects, colorful characters and even vintage-style advertising jingles!

🎶 A little musical surprise! Laurie Breakwell, Rema Keen and Lisa Mallory step outside their acting roles to form a vocal harmony trio, performing playful commercials for fictional products, with jingles set to the tunes of “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” and “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town”.

It’s a beloved holiday story with a delightful twist—and an evening of theatre you won’t want to miss!
