I have made the decision not to open the mercantile all weekend.

Everyone is wanting my store open for tomorrow. Folks I have been working as hard as my body will allow me at this point with a broken rib. I am going to try very hard to make it happen. I may open late, but I will try my best. Just watch FB and check the door in the morning is all I can say. I will give it all I can.

With all the banging with the construction company, I can not open for a few days. Items are falling and breaking and I have a nice layer of dirt on everything. I was told to put everything down that could break after I addressed situation. Well if I take everything down and pack up all breakables, I might as well be closed.

From now on, if you come into my store and ruin items like this, I will ask that you pay for it. I watched two ladies take their long nails and run down seals and ruin sealed packages. Plus my bar code label cost money. Ladies you and your children are officially banned from the mercantile o definitely!

Happy Fourth of July everyone I hope you enjoy all the festivities that Kingman has to offer today. If the heat gets to you today or the storms come in please know my door will be open all day. I have two TVs so feel free to come in and watch a movie for a while if you like, to pass the time in between activities. Please don’t feel obligated to have to buy something if you just want a place to hang out for a bit come on in there are plenty of places to sit and relax
