Homeless ➡️ Moving In!

Moving from homelessness to a new home can have many hurdles. These ‘Welcome Home’ baskets were created as a way to help those moving into a new home with the basic supplies to get (re)started.

Thank you to our agencies who are helping get these baskets in the hands of those who are working so hard to become financially stable.
