Prices do NOT include monogramming unless it states it in the item description. Personalization is $8 extra and can be added to pretty much any item. Appliques are $10-$15 depending on what you want. If you ordered a backpack, I have them all. My mother passed away late Saturday night and her funeral was Tuesday afternoon. I'm working on getting them all sorted out and will start trying to set up times to meet everyone with their order. Please bare with me! Thank you all for being patient!
