Hey y’all! I’ve been working on winter projects around the house. I’ve Made some curtains for the kitchen window, made some blush curtains to hang around my kitchen island because I got sick of seeing extra supplies as I walked through my kitchen. (I wish I had a walk in pantry) I have gotten 4 out of 9 cushions done. I have been hand sewing as I haven’t a clue on how to use a sewing machine and I don’t own one. I’ve also been crocheting NICU baby hats. All donations to these families and little ones. I am so ready to plant stuff and prepare for garden time. And get my island too built. Until then…Stay warm y’all!

Sorry I have been absent lately. I have been working hard to finish a project close to my heart.(Literally) I was born at 30 weeks gestation with ASD (atrial septal defect) or a hole in the heart. Except I had two holes in my heart. 42 preemie/NICU baby hats will be going to Women’s and Children’s Hospital on Monday. I can not wait to drop them off. I can only hope that it brings just a little joy and comfort of some kind to the parents of those precious babies. I feel like everyone needs a little something special during this time and the babies will sure look adorable. 🙏🏼❤️

I have made quite a few little super soft preemie sized hats for the sweet babes. They have all been made by me (hands sanitized before touching the yarn and sanitized hooks) I would absolutely love to give them to the babies in columbia. I go down once a month for my sons orthodontist appt and would love to take them to women’s and children’s hospital. Does anyone know if I am able to do this? Or ship them to them to give to the babies/families of the babies. They are all kept in individual sealed plastic bags. Never opened once sealed. Can anyone tell me information on this. Please and thank you!
