This is your PSA to forego clothing at Anthropologie: this dress should have been a simple alteration of raising the waistline, but despite doing so at the same measurement all around, the two front sides were different lengths and the button bands were off with the row of buttons. 🫪

Luckily, these were quick fixes to remove and re-stitch the buttons and hem the longer front panel to match the other. I also narrowed and shortened the sleeves and she’s done. 🫶🏻

But, with this alteration I see a pattern: every Anthro garment I’ve altered has had a discrepancy in the drafting. Spend wisely friends!
