Yesterday, was a rare sad day at Little Happy. We said goodbye to the heartbeat of our store. She went far beyond any job title. She held my hand when I felt completely lost, offered grace when I didn’t deserve it, protected me fiercely, and wasn’t afraid to tell me the hard truth when I needed to hear it.
She loved every customer who walked through our doors and had the incredible gift of remembering not only their names, but their children and grandchildren too. She made everyone feel seen, valued, and at home.
To me, she was so much more than an employee—she was my right hand, a trusted friend, and an irreplaceable part of Little Happy.
While our hearts are heavy, we are incredibly grateful for the years we had together and for the immeasurable impact she made on our store, our customers, and our lives.
Little Happy won’t be the same without you, but Nashville is so lucky to be getting you. We can’t wait to watch all that God has in store for your next chapter.
