I finished this semi custom quilt pieced by Sarah by using Flower Pano 1 , Creative Studio, in the heart- then creating custom lines outward ( s recommended by Karen Marchetti, quilt guru!
Variegated thread was used inside the heart and stark white outside the heart
I think it turned out beautifully!
