QUESTIONS FROM THE SHOWROOM 🗣 | One of the most common questions we get from our customers is: “how do I know if the dress I ordered will fit?!”.
Well, we’ve got a few lines of defense to make sure you get the perfect fit, every time:
📍First, if you’re local to San Diego, we always recommend stopping by our La Jolla showroom to try on your dress in person. Aside from having the opportunity to try on your dress for size, you’ll also get a peek of our newest inventory and have the ability to try on styles we don’t yet have listed on our site. If the dress you’ve tried on is available, you can rent it on the spot, or you can make a reservation for a future date. Visit the link in our bio to make an appointment.
📏 If you aren’t local, we recommend pulling out the measuring tape for a quick measurement of your bust, waist and hips. Compare it to the size chart listed with the dress on our site, or send us a message with your measurements and we can compare to the dress we have in store.
📸 Ask us for a pic of the dress modeled by our team. While we’re working on updating our website with new images & more model measurements for references (version 2.0 of our site will launch this fall!), you can also just send us a quick message and we’ll happily try anything on + provide our measurements for comparison.
🛍 Finally, if you’re still unsure or between sizes, you have the option to make a reservation for two dresses— as long as the unworn size/style is dispatched back to us within 24 hours, we will refund you the rental fees minus shipping for that extra dress.
