Time’s Up! Sometimes we have furniture forever and a day. It’s perfectly fine as it’s functional and it’s style is on trend, but it’s just dark and heavy looking. And it’s also all so matchy-matchy which can be boring. It was time to change it up! And Chalk Paint® did it so easily. Our guest decided to break up the set look, and selected different colors that compliment their overall decorating scheme. Now the bed is a very nice latte color from Coco and Pure which will create a beautiful focal point and work with just about any bedding. The dressers painted in a mushroom color from a mix of French Linen, Coco, and Pure keep these pieces neutral. The pair of nightstands are painted in classic Athenian Black and you can’t go wrong with that! This room will have an entirely different feel now. It will be lighter, brighter, even more calming, and yes more interesting! This was our last delivery of 2020, and I have to say we saved the best for last! I hope our guests enjoy these pieces for many more years! Thank you so much! Happy New Year to all our guests. We couldn’t do this without YOU!

Passionate and Sultry: We often associate red and pink hues with romance, but a dusty purple is a wonderful gender neutral option. So it was the perfect choice for these bedside chests. We were excited to paint them in Rodmell; one of Annie Sloan’s newest colors. And then waxed with clear wax, followed by black wax for shading. They add a lot of drama to a master bedroom. I personally think this color looks great as an accent color. With the addition of a couple of pretty purple pillows, the whole room will take on a new feel. (Delivered, Thank you!)
