I’m sewing on camera each week making tiny three inch blocks, it’s totally free too since it’s hosted by Kimberly Jolly & the FQS team ! Sometimes I make mistakes, but we always have fun and laugh! Plus, I made a couple bonus video tutorials sharing some super beginner ideas for a quilt-as-you-go bag, and a tutorial with pincushions. Soon we’ll take all these Sewcialites 3 blocks and turn them into a bag!

Happy Monday! The bunnies are all tucking into a brown box ready to go home, but I sure did have a lot of fun hanging out with them! 🐰 The pattern was designed by Elizabeth Hartman and made by Kate Broomhead and I added the longarm quilting with the panto designed by Jess Zeigler | Longarm League®️ called May Flowers, it turned out perfect and we love it!! 🩷🩵💜💚

Happy Friday, Y'all! I just uploaded a new YouTube tutorial.
In this Part 2 video I shared how I added borders to Peach Lambert's new Warren quilt, and my son helped me film how I do the long arm quilting. Today is the first day of our NEW Block Party, who is excited? Don’t know what a Block Party is, well it’s a sew along, only better, because it’s free!! Peach Lambert and I teamed up again and created a fun event, but you need to hurry, it’s only free for a limited time!🎉

You can join our Block of Friends Facebook group, pull some fabric from your stash, and download the free pattern now through Aug 13th. I plan to make mine super scrappy so if you’d like to see my first couple blocks, I created a YouTube tutorial. Comment ‘Warren’ and I’ll send you all the links you need 😘

If you are a beginner you will want to check it out!! This block party will have a 2 part video. Janet made 4 quilts with the same pattern and I quilted them for her. Oh and I added the binding strips for her too, so she will be able to take them right out of the box and sit down to hand bind. Check out how cute they are, we used Circle of Life panto on two of them, and Modern Twist on the other two. Tell me what you think? Thank you Janet, they are on their way to you now… ❤️❤️❤️.

The pattern is from a company called the Sassy Sunflower and they make half pack quilt packs - each pack comes with a choice of pattern ( mine was called “Spin Me Round ) and 5 different half yard fabrics
