I write this with a heavy heart, as I am deeply troubled by the state of our nation.

The divisions that have emerged among us are not only harmful to our own sense of unity and purpose, but they also undermine the very foundations of our democracy.

This is no longer a left vs right issue.

This is about us…the everyday Americans, versus the elite and the career politicians who seek to divide us and profit off of our division.

They use our differences to further their own agendas, rather than working toward the common good.

But I refuse to give up hope.

I refuse to believe that we are doomed to be a country that is forever divided.

I believe that we are better than that, and I believe that we can come together and heal the wounds that divide us.

It won't be easy. It will require effort, courage, and a willingness to listen to one another.

But I know that is possible.

Because when we come together...when we stand united...we are an unstoppable force!

So let's do it, America!

Let's be the change that we want to see in the world.

Let's stand up to the politicians who seek to divide us, and show them that we won't be divided any longer.

Let's stand together and demand a better future for ourselves and for our children.

I believe in you...and I believe in the power of unity.

Together, we can achieve anything.

So let's get to work America, let's climb our way back to a united, prosperous, and just nation that it was always meant to be🇺🇸

I was kicking around post ideas about the 4th of July. I couldn't really come up with something groundbreaking or influential. Instead, I decided to show support by liking and sharing things that spread a good message.

While scrolling I did notice a lot of arguing. It was unfortunate to see that we can't take a "time out" for one day to come together as a people.

I don't know who is dividing us more…politicians or the media.

But I can tell you…we're not enemies. We are America.

We need to stay United.

This is Us -vs- The Elite…this is exactly what birthed the United States of America to begin with!

Folks…We got this…we CAN do this!

- but, but, but-

Okay that all sounds well and great but, what do we do?

Well, let's start with what haven't we been doing.
Everyone has to be proactive in reestablishing Term Limits!

This will solve a big percentage of our problems. It is always a cause that is universally agreed on but suppressed. Think about how much momentum we can make if we all come together on that.

If a candidate comes into any race and Term Limits aren’t a “priority” you have to consider the motivation and hold them to a higher standard. The “yah, but they’re good in other areas” argument is done. We are living the result of fat cats in Washington.

Next, we need to get money out of politics. We need to reform campaign financing. The politicians pander to the group with the most money. That has to stop

Capitalism works. I wouldn't be writing this on my phone and you wouldn't be reading it if it didn't exist. Competitiveness equals evolution. BUT, when the elite are buying their way through our government then the politicians lose sight of the everyday American.

Last but not least…VOTE!

I don't care who you are, what you do, your income bracket, race, or your gender. If you can vote, now is the time! Go vote and get this country on track to be what it's meant to be.

Vote in real people not more of the same.

This is all doable.
