After much prayer, reflection, and a whole lot of gratitude, I want to share something deeply personal with our Abbey Caroline family.
This week marks our final week of business at Abbey Caroline Salon & Spa. Saying that out loud is emotional—because this space, this brand, and this community have meant more to me than words can fully capture.
What began as a dream became a place of beauty, creativity, laughter, healing, and connection. You trusted us—not just with your hair or style—but with your stories, your milestones, your everyday moments. That trust is something I will always carry with me.
As we close this chapter, I’m also stepping into a new one. I’m transitioning to Indianapolis, where I’ll be serving as the Contemporary Worship Leader at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church. It’s a calling I’m incredibly humbled by, and one I feel deeply led into.
To every client, friend, team member, collaborator, and supporter—thank you. Thank you for believing in me, for showing up, for cheering us on, and for making Abbey Caroline what it was. This was never just a business. It was a community—and you were the heart of it.
Though our doors here are closing, the relationships, memories, and impact live on. I’m so grateful for the journey behind me and full of hope for what’s ahead.
With love and deep appreciation,
Joel
