*Shopping at the new Lakeside Trove (furniture and antiques) and Armida Atelier (high-end women's consignment)
*W**e tasting at Dreihart W**ery in Three Oaks (cosy) or the newly reopened Brix Tasting Room in Michigan City on Rt. 12 (Brix has food)
*See the beautiful barnscapes by Anne Kauff at The Depot Museum and Art Gallery in Beverly Shores (shameless plug; Diva is a board member)
*Shopping at what is undoubtedly the coolest new vintage furniture and accessories shop to open in our area in years: Blanket Fort Project (open only the 1st and 3rd weekends of the month so you're in luck...and it's across the street from the Depot!) While you're there check out Cats Eye Vintage & Modern. Cat is the coolest!
*See some modern art at Gallery 1882 in Chesterton. A gorgeous, soaring space that'll make you forget aboutthe gloomy day! Authentic Mexican food is around the corner at Joe's Downtown Tacos. Had nopales (cactus) eggs there recently! You don't find that many places around here.
*Browse books at Flourish Books & Plants in New Buffalo on Rt 12 where it turns inland toward Three Oaks.
