Happy y'all! This week we are featuring of . She owns FOUND, a women’s boutique in Lakeway, TX. They specialize in high end clothing and accessories. FOUND is glamorous, bold, and timeless, with a wink of irreverence.

1. What was the turning point in your life that made you decide to pursue your current career path? Was there a specific event?
Stacey: I received my Masters in Counseling at Texas Christian University and thought I was going to be the next Dr. Phil. I ended up counseling women exiting the s*x industry and needed a break. I had always worked retail and loved fashion, so I thought why not open a store and uplift women through this endeavor.
2. What keeps you motivated on a daily basis?
Stacey: I could not have a career where I did the same thing everyday and had a ceiling on what I could make financially. I love problem solving and being creative. My motivation is that every day at my store is different and you have no idea who is going to walk through that door. Relationships drive most of what I do.
3. Who is a female role model you look up to and why? Who is your woman crush?
Stacey: I look up to several Austin women, including Suzanna Dai! Kendra Scott, Kelly Wynn, Martha Lynn Kale, Mica May, these are all women who are designing and driving their own future. They are leaders in their industry and I am constantly inspired by their wisdom and experience.
4. If you could go back and give your younger self some advice, what would it be?
Stacey: Try everything! Don’t put yourself in a box. You can make mistakes.
5. What does mean to you?
Stacey: To me, means have fun, be ridiculous, don’t care what other people think. Wear and do what makes you happy.
