What This Family Is Looking For
Around the house: Flexibility and a willingness to jump in wherever needed, without being asked.
With the children: Someone warm, nurturing, patient, and truly present — who sees caregiving as more than supervision. This family values a slower, imaginative approach to childhood and prioritizes hands-on engagement over passive entertainment (their home is screen-free for the kids). The right person is calm and gentle in communication, respects children as individuals, and can set kind, consistent boundaries.
Overall: A highly organized, proactive, and dependable person who is also a strong communicator and team player — someone who thrives with a predictable routine but can flex with what the day brings, and who enjoys helping build a warm, organized, welcoming home.
