Im not sure how many people still come across this page as The Changin Station has been closed for over a year and a half. But because we had so many returning customers, and customers who stand in faith, I want to share what our youngest daughter is going through and the journey that our family is walking through right now.
My husband and daughter were in a horrible car accident on the evening of August 13. Jeremy was taken by medics to Mt Carmel and our Paxtyn was taken straight to Nationwide Childrens Hospital where the Trauma unit was standing waiting for her.
Jeremy was released late the night. They had did a full body CT Scan and did not see anything broken. However he has a concussion thst is still causing some problems for him and he is still very much sore but getting better everyday.
Paxtyn has been in an induced coma for a week and they say the MRI showed substantial brain injuries. They did get her off the 3 sedation medications yesterday and removed the Ventilation/Breathing tube late yesterday afternoon right Drs were leaving and before shift change. So they have been trying to get her to wake up.
Right now they say there is a long road ahead of us with several weeks to months of long term inpatient care at the hospital but we are believing for a Miracle.
