Made with sake, shochu, coconut water, white pear, blue spirulina, yuzu, and saline, this cocktail was crafted for our Samurai Blue sushi & sake night.

Try it on Sunday, June 21 at our final pop up with Hiro’s Kitchen -Sushi & Sake-, while DASSAI BLUE sake leads a sake tasting.

Join us for an evening of sushi, sake, and soccer spirit as we celebrate Japan's Samurai Blue ⚽

In partnership with Hiro’s Kitchen -Sushi & Sake- and DASSAI BLUE sake, we're bringing together a multi-course sushi tasting menu and a guided selection of premium sakes in a relaxed, elevated setting.

Fathers will enjoy a complimentary beer or sake shot in honor of Father's Day, and each guest will be gifted a sake glass to take home.

This will be our final pop-up with Hiro's Kitchen for the foreseeable future as they get ready to open their restaurant 🎉

it's gonna be cold, it's gonna be citrus, it's gonna be fresh squeezed. All you have to decide is whether it's spiked or not 🏐

we prepare our fruit syrups from whole fruit 🍒 caramel sauce with fresh cream 🐄 and our chocolate sauce is hand mixed using traceable cocoa 🍫

we developed each of our house syrup recipes in our Kyotobrew kitchen, where they are batched twice a week so we can keep the fresh tasty drinks coming 🌞
