In the quiet times, I always wondered if what we did at the shop over these past 10 years really mattered. I wondered if people really got the silly little thing we were trying to accomplish at Foxduck. Our goal was to create a place where creativity is the mission and community is the heart of that mission. We always wanted our doors open as much as our hearts. And when you open up to people you see just how much you matter. These two humans matter immensely to me. They are the best people to take these reminders of our time on King Street because they embody everything we have set out to be. Gracious, humble, caring, viciously positive and beautifully vulnerable. Constantly putting others before yourself, on the ready to matter to someone else.

What a way to close out our final Saturday. 🫶

Thank you to every single person who came out, showed love, shared stories, gave hugs, and made today so special. You all absolutely showed up, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect Saturday to end this chapter.

Today was a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do at Foxduck. For 10 years, Lancaster has supported us, encouraged us, and made this place so much more than a store. You’ve made it a home, a community, and a family.

The amount of love you’ve shown us every Saturday, every event, every conversation, and every visit can never truly be repaid. We are endlessly grateful to be part of one of the most incredible communities we could have ever asked for.

I just want to take a moment to say Happy Birthday to Shane!

This young man has been a crucial part of things here at Foxduck. Last year was a mess, but Shane was the calm through the storm here at the shop. I can’t thank him enough for his unwavering support.

Look out for some incredible things from this young designer over the next few years. He puts in the work everyday, fine tuning his skills to create some legendary branding. All of this while providing for his beautiful sprouting family.
