An open letter to our incredible community:

As we are sure many of you know, we are expecting our first child in November! As with any monumental life change, we are making changes with our family in the forefront of our minds. One of these changes is to our in-person business at our 11 W. Main St. storefront. Coupled with the busy summer event season, our current focus is the event floral and planning side of our business. Therefore, this is the best time to make adjustments and help shape the future of our business so that our customers have time to become familiar with the changes before Baby Palma joins us later this year.

The largest and most impacting change will be our in-store gift shop hours. The storefront will no longer be open Monday through Friday. However, we will continue accepting orders for next-day floral delivery Monday through Friday. Orders must be received and confirmed by Lancaster Village Flower Co. by 2:30 PM.

Don’t worry! The gift shop will be open on the weekends and our florist will be available in store on the weekends unless she is working on an event! The good news is that the storefront closure will not impact your ability to order arrangements for delivery.

We are at capacity (maybe a little over) for Lancaster Prom! Orders are officially closed. Thank you for your support
As a reminder we are open this coming Monday and Tuesday for your scheduled pickups. If you did not already specifically ask to pickup Monday, your order will be ready Tuesday. We will be at the shop 11-5 both days!
